Training

In Person Training

The in person training covers all of the main topics of Argus software, and provides you with a solid framework from which to build your own models, and also assess models your company is provided with.

The training consists of both lecturing and case studies.  It combines both financial theory and practical real world examples so all students will benefit regardless of their individual backgrounds. By the end of the training, students will have a firm understanding of how to use the software and will be well prepared to analyze real estate in a high production environment.

A strong emphasis is placed on how the software is actually used in the business world. All students will receive “hands-on” experience through working on case studies at different times in the training. With each step, the case study’s complexity builds as the attendee’s knowledge increases.

Video Training

Covering the same material as the in person training, the video training grants flexibility to learn the information on your own time. Ideal for those with busy schedules who may find it difficult to coordinate training sessions, the video training permits you to learn the material in chunks, and at your own convenience. Included with the purchase of the training videos is free email support for a limited time.

Outsourced Financial Models

For companies seeking to value their portfolio properties or potential acquisitions, Argus is a must. The creation of an Argus file is the valuation standard used in the purchase or sale of properties, and also is a necessary component in obtaining financing for a deal.

The client supplies the necessary information such as a tenant rent roll, expenses, and other market rate information, and we promptly build an Argus model, as well as supply exports in Excel of the 10-year projection, base rent schedule, market leasing assumptions, tenant expirations, and other requested information per your specifications.
